Thang Nguyen Receives Honey Badger Spotlight Award

Barge has selected Nashville-based Information Technology (IT) Support Analyst Thang Nguyen as a recipient of the Honey Badger Spotlight Award.

The employee-nominated award recognizes employees who stay true to Barge values and exhibit characteristics associated with the tenacious honey badger. These characteristics include being fearless and not giving up when faced with adversity during a competitive proposal or challenging project. In addition, employees are resourceful, innovative when challenges arise, and persistent in their efforts to be the firm selected when it matters most.

Nguyen, who joined Barge’s IT department in 2022, was nominated for his exceptional customer service in onboarding new employees. He is known for quickly resolving issues and following up on any outstanding matters with a positive attitude. This commitment to providing exceptional service has earned Thang a reputation as a reliable and trustworthy professional who is always willing to go above and beyond to help others.
