Brett Krouskop Promoted to Director - CAD/BIM Solution Center

Brett Krouskop, PE, SE, has been promoted to director of the Computer-Assisted Design (CAD) / Building Information Modeling (BIM) Solution Center for Barge.
Brett, who joined Barge’s Dayton, OH, office in 1991, has more than 32 years of structural engineering experience. He most recently served as a senior structural engineer where he was responsible for design of projects for commercial, governmental, and industrial clients across the southeastern and midwestern U.S. and beyond.
“Throughout my career, I’ve always been passionate about utilizing technology in innovative ways to improve the design process,” said Brett. “I’m honored to lead the CAD/BIM Solution Center as we bring together the skills and experience of staff from across the firm to advance our digital design capabilities.”

Brett earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Cincinnati and is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the American Institute of Steel Construction. His credentials include: registered Professional Engineer (PE1), licensed Structural Engineer (SE2), Revit Certified Professional, and Bluebeam Certified Professional. During his time with Barge, Brett has been selected to complete our internal leadership training program (2014) and has received the Jack L. Wood Excellence in Service Award, one of the firm’s most prestigious honors (2008).
