Barge has earned Great Place To Work® Certification, recognizing the firm’s commitment to creating a workplace where employees feel supported, connected, and empowered to grow.

This marks the eighth time Barge has earned the certification, which is based entirely on feedback from current employees about their experience working at the company. Great Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

“This recognition reinforces what we believe at our core: at Barge, our people come first,” said CEO Carrie Stokes. “Earning this year after year reflects the consistency of our culture and commitment to employee experience across the company. We’re committed to creating an environment where people understand the impact of their work and feel empowered to engage, share ideas, and build our future together.”

Employee feedback highlighted Barge’s collaborative culture, leadership accessibility, flexibility, trust and transparency, and the strong sense of ownership employees feel across the organization. As an employee-owned firm, Barge continues to invest in initiatives that support employee growth, engagement, and long-term success.

“This recognition is especially meaningful because it comes directly from our employees,” said CPO Karen Cosentino. “Their feedback helps shape how we continue evolving the employee experience while staying grounded in the values and culture that define who we are.”

According to Great Place To Work research, job seekers are 4.5 times more likely to find a great boss at a Certified great workplace. Additionally, employees at Certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company’s profits, and have a fair chance at promotion.
