Responsibilities:

• Interviewing management and stakeholders.

• Assists in client communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.

• Creating reports, presentations, white papers, briefs, and other deliverables.

• Build project plans and budgets.

• Analyzing datasets and information.

• Conducting studies and surveys.

• Play an active role in consulting projects.

• Assists in client communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.

• Performs other duties as requested.

 Education & Experience Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, marketing, or a related field.

• 1 - 5 years of work experience in management consulting or any relevant business area including operations, marketing, finance, IT, or human resources.

• Applies practical knowledge through progressive experience to resolve issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office; advanced statistical analysis or data modeling capability a plus.

• Sound problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit.

• Quick learner, innovative thinker with leadership skills and attributes.

•  Effective project management skills with ability to meet deadlines.

• Ability to adapt quickly and respond effectively to project issues that arise.

• Self-starter, self-motivated.
