needed to reach their highest potential. Summary: Serve as the strategic leader and visionary for
Thrivence's Human Capital consulting practice. Lead client engagements in key
areas, including: Succession Planning, Executive Coaching, Leadership
Development, Leadership Team Development, Workforce Development, Employee
Experience, Change Management, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and
Digital Workforce Transformation. Provide high-touch executive advisory
services, act as a trusted thought partner, offer fractional Human Resources
leadership, and oversee project team leadership and direct consulting support.
Collaborate with Marketing and the Thrivence team to develop thought
leadership, project methodologies, and marketing collateral, elevating
Thrivence’s profile as a market leader in Human Capital Strategy. May have
overall responsibility at the client/account level, providing strategic
oversight to client service quality and growth. Lead proposal development
efforts, including crafting the project approach, managing high-impact
proposals, and full ownership of the deal from concept to delivery
and P&L. Responsibilities:
